The mattress benefits from a traditional hand tufted finish, with a single black tuft in the bottom right-hand corner to indicate the inclusion of Hampshire wool. As well as the finest Hampshire wool; one of the softest wools grown in the UK, the Sublime mattress also boasts deep layers of cashgora wool, silk and cotton. The interior is made up of 1000 body-contouring pocket springs, with 1000 small tablet pocket springs on either side.Spring counts are based on a 5ft size. Housed in their own cloth sleeves, pocket springs are small in diameter compared to open coils and are totally independent of any neighbouring springs. The springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any surrounding springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body. Reserved for premium mattresses, it features side-stitching; a labour intensive and intricate technique that takes experienced craftsmen many years to master. Using a long upholstery needle and high-tension twine, the side stitching process involves the sewing the outer row of springs to the border of the mattress. The process of side stitching provides edge-to-edge support and increases the sleeping surface by 20 and also prevents the mattress border from bowing out.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
